Military purchases failed and immense losses to Ukraine

Ukraine lost over $770 million on failed weapons purchases - revealed the "Financial Times", pointing out that many of the equipment ordered never arrived. This is simply a crucial blow to the Kiev budget, which has already spent $6 to $8 billion on weapons.
