Unsuccessful arms purchases and immense losses for Ukraine

Ukraine has lost more than $770 million in failed arms purchases, the Financial Times revealed, noting that much of the ordered equipment never arrived. This is simply a crucial blow to Kiev's budget, which has already spent between $6 billion and $8 billion on arms.
