Russia's Su-25 assault plane crashed on Friday (13 June) – reported Russian military bloggers. Ilja Tumanov, author of the Fighterbomber channel on Telegram, reported the incident. According to his report, the pilot survived and was evacuated to a safe place. The origin of the crash and the exact location were not revealed. Here you can see the video.

Information about the failure of the device was besides confirmed by the Aviahub channel, indicating that the Su-25 was not shot down by the opponent.
The "Military" portal draws attention to the increasing method problems of the Russian Su-25 fleet, whose average age now exceeds 40 years. These machines are frequently subject to non-fighting failures – many of them were lost during the war in Ukraine as a consequence of accidents that happen on flights at a very low ceiling, frequently below radar range.
