This building is simply a showcase of the Polish capital. It was created in 1955 and was to be "a gift of the russian people to the Polish people". The task was designed by russian architect Lew Rudniew, who was inspired by Moscow skyscrapers modeled on American skyscrapers in the art déco style. The Palace of Culture and discipline has a view terrace on the 30th floor, which is located at an elevation of 114 meters. Admission is paid - ticket for adults costs 28 PLN and for children 23 PLN.
