There is simply a war in Ukraine. Military intelligence there reports that the Russians are executing on Ukrainian soldiers who have been taken prisoner. HUR in its communication reported that it had reported more than 150 specified cases. "The deserters confirmed that they received orders not to take prisoners" - we read.
