Ukrainian railways want a 45 percent increase. Business warns about the catastrophe

Ukrainian Railways wants to increase freight tariffs by at least 45 percent. This is opposed by the main customers - farmers and metallurgists. They inform that the increase will deprive Ukrainian exports of competitiveness. They note that freight transport inactive brings considerable profits to the railways, while passenger transport generates immense losses.
