Ukrainian e-driving licence in a mobile telephone recognized in Poland as traditional?

Ukrainian driving licence and vehicle papers will be accepted in Poland in electronic form, i.e. in a peculiar mobile application. This is the effect of a joint Polish-Ukrainian pilot project. The same rule is to apply to Poles travelling to Ukraine.
