Ukraine: Western support in winter is crucial

The U.S. Institute for War investigation (ISW) in its most fresh study estimated that the US authorities were mistaken in considering that in the winter there would be a slowdown in armed action during the war between Ukraine and Russia, and stressed that supporting the West for Ukrainian counter-offensive operations during the winter period would be crucial for the further destiny of the conflict.
