Ukraine needs nearly 1 billion euros to prepare for the coming winter

– The Ukrainians are talking about the request to mobilize 770 million euros through the fund in order to last the coming winter, rebuild what has been destroyed, and reconstruct the minimum essential to prepare for winter. Time is of the essence. The Ukrainians are appealing for donors to make this money available by the end of June,” Artur Lorkowski, manager of the Energy Community Secretariat, told *Rzeczpospolita*.
