Control of Ukraine. Russians destruct critical infrastructure

Ukrainian forces are conducting a counteroffensive, recovering further towns temporarily occupied by the Russians. At the same time, critical infrastructure in the Kharkiv region was destroyed, which led to a blackout and a cut off of the population from the Internet.
