Ukraine and Russia exchanged prisoners of war

The 3rd phase of the exchange of POWs between Ukraine and Russia ended. "303 Ukrainian defenders are at home. The 3rd part of the exchange agreed in Turkey (with Russia) 1000 per 1000 was completed," wrote the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski on social networks.
