EU divided on Ukraine: support is, but without approval for fast membership

The French paper "Le Monde", describing the course of the EU summit in Cyprus, estimates on Friday that despite the unblocking of funds for Ukraine, EU country leaders do not agree to an "accelerated procedure" for Ukraine's obtaining EU membership and "they remained cautious" on the negotiation process.
