The classes were conducted by soldiers, specialists from the Chunmoo Training Center and 1st Artillery Brigade.
Did the course cover only maintenance activities or full repair?
The subject of the training was rules of operation, operation and repair of the launcher at user level. peculiar emphasis has been placed on developing applicable skills related to equipment handling. All the issues were discussed in large detail, and erstwhile we had additional questions, we received comprehensive answers.
What was the biggest challenge?
A large amount of information provided and method language, which created additional difficulties in simultaneous translation. We had to be full focused and full committed at all times. But it was worth it. These 2 weeks of intense work have given us quite a few cognition and skills.
The weather did not suit us, due to the fact that during our stay in Korea there were very advanced temperatures. Acclimatization was a challenge.

Did the Koreans comment on the integration of K239 into our chassis from Jelcz?
Korean soldiers have advanced cognition of K239 launcher and regardless of the chassis used, they are full convinced of its advanced combat values. In their opinion Polish chassis shows comparable quality and operational parameters to Korean chassis. From their perspective, the drive to integrate the launcher into the national chassis is full understandable as it increases the efficiency and flexibility of the user's armed forces.
What were the Korean hosts?
They not only prepared training at a very advanced level, which demonstrated their professionalism. They besides ensured the comfort of learning, making the course, although very intense, run in a friendly atmosphere, and this favored effective learning. The hosts showed exceptional hospitality.

Soldiers from the 1st Regional Logistics Base and 18th Artillery Brigade trained in Korea in the second half of May. Classes were held in the 1st Artillery Brigade in Paju, Gyeonggi Province. The training provided by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Korea was the first of its kind to be provided for both home and abroad users of the K239 Chunmoo system.
