

The construction of a temporary crossing on the White Lądecka in Krosnoce in Kłodzki region was completed by Turkish soldiers. They planted a structure on the fronts that built engineering troops. The bridge in Krosnowice was broken during the September flood.
46 Turkish troops arrived in Krosnowiec, commanded by Colonel Ufuk Emre Kizildag. The construction of the temporary crossing began on 10 January. The bridge on the White Lądecka was set up on the footholds which had previously been built by Polish engineering troops. The bridge in Krosnowice was broken during the September flood.
Gen. Dyw. Marek Wawrzyniak, Head of the Board of Military Engineering of the General Command of Armed Forces, stressed that the construction of the bridge in Krosnowiec was a symbol of ‘solidarity, cooperation and global engagement’.

September flood caused the biggest losses in Lower Silesia in Kłodzka Kotlin, including in the municipalities of Lądek-Zdrój, Śląskie Page, Bystrzyca Kłodzka and Kłodzko. Losses in the Lower Silesian War, as estimated in mid-October, were estimated at at least PLN 5 billion. Over 5.2 1000 residential buildings were damaged or destroyed in the region, and the flood straight affected over 162 1000 residents of Lower Silesia.
