The president of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski lost in the second circular of presidential elections to the PiS-backed head of IPN Karol Nawrocki. After a tiny difference of vote and premature joy from triumph in the exit poll, Trzaskowski issued a statement. In it he turned to his counter-candidate and to voters.
