"In the case of the disclosure of individual data of the citizen (name and surname) by Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski, president of UODO will take the substance of his own motion" – this was confirmed by Virtual Poland from Karol Witowski, UODO press spokesman.
As he added, "everyone who decides to make their individual data public with a comment (e.g. on the Internet, at a conference, etc.) must be aware that specified action may primarily consequence in a violation of individual property".
Interestingly, Witowski's answer to the WP shows that a PiS candidate may have akin problems. "In a akin way, the president of UODO will take the substance of disclosing the data of the same citizen in a video interview by Mr Karol Nawrocki (name, surname, address of stay)" – we read.
