Court of Strasbourg: Poland does not sufficiently defend against homophobia

- I'm sorry. The Polish state did not fulfil its work to guarantee an adequate consequence to violent homophobic attacks - the European Court of Human Rights ruled. This consequence is to be ensured by the revision of the Criminal Code, but the Constitutional Tribunal may shortly consider it unconstitutional.
