The Court of State excluded 12 judges from the Manowska Immunity ruling

Twelve judges of the Court of State were excluded from ruling on immunity and the president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Manowska. The decision was made by the TS on Friday in a three-man lineup. The trial scheduled for 3 September may not take place for formal reasons - the absence of a quorum.
