Donald Trump is slow starting to decision on to action. His relation with Vladimir Putin has deteriorated. Therefore, the force on the Russian president on Ukraine no longer ends with words. The US president ordered the deployment of 2 nuclear-powered submarines in "appropriate areas". As he informed, they are now "closer to Russia".
