"On the result of the war in Ukraine will decide the resilience of the state - including the ability to supply safety and medical services to citizens. War is only a temporary obstacle to the improvement of free, sovereign Ukraine" - said the head of the National safety Bureau Jacek Siewara, during a press conference on training of the first group of medics from Ukraine, which is connected with the evacuation of injured soldiers and civilians.
