Is it over? The US suspends aid to Ukraine. But not for Israel

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the freezing of almost all abroad aid programs for at least 90 days. Rubio sent a memorandum to the staff of the State Department and the USAID relief agency on this matter. According to PAP sources, the suspension is besides intended to cover US support for Ukraine, although not aid to Israel.
