The handle of mystery was lifted by 1 of the main ideologists of this fresh regime, Minister of “warry justice” Adam Bodnar, pointing out “people who received promotion, but only due to the fact that they had an unrestrained will to advance in the structure of the judiciaryIt’s okay. ” To have the will to be promoted in a professional ladder is, as you can see, the crime predicted prophetically by George Orwell in 1984. What punishment is provided for in the “fighting democracy” government for specified unbridled thinking?
Adam Bodnar explained clearly and emphatically: “In this case we foresee the introduction of an institution of "active regret". If they make a message and say it was their mistake in life, they voluntarily return to the court in which they had previously ruled, but nothing else happens to them, they can compete in fresh competitions from the next day and apply for fresh rules. In a sense, we admit them as being absolved.”. However, the minister of “fighting justice” did not explain whether absolution would be given at confessional bars or only at prison bars. Nor did he explain whether, after the act of absolution, the penitent would kiss a 100 or a minister's scarf, or possibly a ringing of “fighting justice” or a just hand of the minister?
Many years ago, I worked with a Swiss company that sold its equipment to many countries on all continents. During the yearly events, trade representatives from respective twelve countries from around the planet met. 1 of the participants of these meetings was the designer, co-writer of the manufactured devices, co-writer of the company's success. He introduced himself as T.B. and everyone called him T.B. A distinguished specialist and a modest man at the same time. Respected by all, unquestionable authority. He didn't gotta name names, it was T.B. himself to perceive to people of different cultures from different continents. Years later, I caught myself in the temptation to sign my e-mails or another business correspondence utilizing M.B. I was hoping subconsciously that, in my case, it's not essential to have a full name, that M.B. alone is enough.
It's a natural temptation, most likely no alien to anyone. Everyone wants to be something. But what does “to be someone” truly mean? By default, it means “to be important”. But virtually ‘to be someone’ means as much as to be individual else. individual else, so not yourself. Being yourself lies in the nature of man, is an unwritten human right. Therefore, a kind of manifesto of Poles enslaved by russian communism, were the words of the group's work “Perfekt”:
“I want to be myself
I want I could yet be me.
I want I was me.
I would like to be myself again”
The goal of any totalitarian strategy is enslavement and not destruction. demolition is the derivative of opposition against slavery. 1 can even conclude that demolition does not give satisfaction to dictators and tyrants as enslavement. Communism was and is an apogee of enslavement. In communism, however, any thought of crime could and can be, not so much forgiven as "blessed." The condition was and is "to make a statement, to say that it was a mistake in life." The condition of “absolution” is enslavement and humiliation. Slavery and humiliation by people who want to be individual due to the fact that they didn't work their lives to be themselves. So it was in russian Russia, so it was in People's Poland, so it was in the state of war, so it is now in "a fighting democracy". In the state of war, judges were besides offered active regret, making statements that supporting “Solidarity” was their mistake in life. Not everyone could afford heroism, many gave in. Years later, they explained that they did not sign, and if they signed, they did not report, and if they reported, they did not harm. Not everyone can afford heroism. Family, credit, environmental ostracism. And today, many will express their active regret and gain "absolution" for the cost of slavery and humiliation. In a fewer or a twelve years, they'll explain that they didn't sign, and if they signed, they didn't hurt.
Adam Bodnar, attributing himself to the power to forgive alleged sins, defined us a "fighting democracy" system. The strategy in which the words sung in the enslaved communism of Poland were reopened, singing along with the cult band “Perfekt”:
“There is simply a cut in the cage that is afraid
Even reveal, the broom squeezes in the hand
Ortalion gray, grabs the bars
And a frightened face I scream right in my nose
I want I was me.
I want I could yet be me.

I want I was inactive me.
We want to be ourselves.
