Ukrainian Military Intelligence (HUR) warns that Russia is expanding its influence in Africa, utilizing there education and athletics to form loyal elites. HUR typical Andrij Jusov pointed out that this is reflected, among another things, in promoting Russian curricula in Africa and backing studies in Russia.
