North Korea’s government media has removed a navy commander and a shipyard manager liable for the failed effort to launch a destroyer from their photos, the South Korean press reported. Contrary to appearances, although it is easy to get in Kim Jong Un’s way, removing officials from photos is uncommon in North Korea.
