The commemorative letter from the national defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz was read by State Secretary Paweł Bejda. During the ceremony, medals for the defence of the country were presented and awards for merit for the Military Gendarmerie and honorary badges. 3 people were appointed by the Minister of Defence for higher military degrees. The honorary title of the Front Division of the Warsaw Stock Exchange was awarded to a company from the branch of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Żagań. It was emphasized that this was 1 of the highest and most prestigious distinctions awarded to soldiers of the Polish Army.
