There is simply a motion to waive Obajtek's immunity

Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar has received a request from the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw to waive the immunity of the erstwhile head of Orlen, Law and Justice MEP Daniel Obajtek, confirmed the spokesperson of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, Piotr Skiba.
