The ultimate Court has put Święczkowski in question. Kapiński at Nawrocki's is seemingly not enough

Bogdan Święczkowski and Bartłomiej Sochański filed a complaint to the ultimate Court regarding their suspension from the Constitutional Tribunal. According to tvn24, the Chamber of Professional work made a decision not to their liking. Even Karol Nawrocki's close contacts with Zbigniew Kapiński, the first president of the ultimate Court, did not help.
