The death toll from Friday's Russian rocket attack on Kryvyi Rih has risen to 20, local authorities said Sunday. 9 children were among those killed. "This is the single most tragic attack on children since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine," said UN advanced Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCHR) Volker Tuerk.
