The Vatican reported that the communication between the outside planet and the Sistine Chapel, in which the conclave will begin on Wednesday, would be muted by military jammeres. These are peculiar electronic devices that mostly prevent the operation of another devices – e.g. wire taps or recorders.
All of the 133 cardinals who will take part in the election of the fresh Pope have already arrived in Rome. The rooms were besides drawn, where the electors will be accommodated, as well as a peculiar ceremony of taking an oath of secrecy.
