The EU invests in ammunition production. tiny fraction for Poland

The European Commission has announced a financial support of EUR 500 million for defence companies in Europe to increase their capacity to produce artillery ammunition. The aim of the initiative is to increase production to 2 million missiles a year by the end of 2025, which represents a crucial increase from the current levels, exceeding only 1 million missiles a year. This financial injection is besides intended to encourage further investment in the sector, possibly expanding the full investment to around EUR 1.4 billion.
