On Tuesday, November 3, during the 4th global Minsk Conference, the president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, expressed his opinion on the imminent end of the war. He assumed that the war in Ukraine would end in the coming months. He besides suggested that Donald Trump deserves the Nobel Prize.
