Israel launched an attack on Iranian atomic facilities. The United States was drawn into Israeli plans. An immediate evacuation of American personnel from the embassies in Iraq, Kuwait and the UAE was carried out on time, but US military bases are at risk. The British Ministry of Defence in turn warned tankers of possible incidents in the Ormuz Strait.
