A controversial bill that allows teenagers after 13 years of age to go to a scientist without parental approval was placed on the president's desk. Andrew Duda didn't sign it. Instead, on August 5, 2025, he directed her to the Constitutional Court, pointing to fundamental flaws that he felt would violate the Constitution and hit household rights.
