From yachts to EU integration. The actual face of KPO

The problem of spending public funds from the National Recovery Plan (NRP) is more complex than it seems, and this is the point of view of both EU and Polish law. Its background is wider than only the allocation of "Yours" initially after half a million PLN to yachts, express, mobile apartments or solariums, with a deficiency of supervision, the work of government institutions over the full process of selecting beneficiaries, allocation objectives, the process of redistributing public funds, or, in fact, their purposed distribution.
