Head of MFA of Turkey: Ukraine-Russia talks will continue

Delegations of Russia and Ukraine concluded a gathering in Istanbul that lasted little than 2 hours, reported the agency Reuters. According to Turkish MFA chief Hakan Fidan, the talks brought any concrete arrangements, including an agreement on the exchange of prisoners of war in a proportion of 1,000 per 1,000 and the agreement to make written submission of the conditions for a possible ceasefire.
