Sightseeer wants to train chopper pilots! Can we learn from the experience of the American army?

The Polish army has just faced a challenge. We urgently request to train hundreds of fresh pilots, who will be a fresh staff, so that after receiving their assignments, we can proceed training for a given kind of chopper and be on duty. Meanwhile, the US Army has officially announced that it is looking for an alternate to the presently utilized training chopper - UH-72A Lakota. There is besides a lesson for Poland.
