The territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw sent an indictment to the Military Garrison Court against a soldier who fired informing shots at the border with Belarus in March. According to investigators, his actions posed a threat to the lives and wellness of another soldiers, border guards and migrants. The issue that caused the political and social storm is inactive controversial.
