Parents communicate with the school utilizing online applications – e-journalists. They just received a message that access to crucial Vulcan e-journalist functions will should be paid. Another app, Librus, not only does it request fees, it floods parents with advertisements. The app owners are already making quite a few money working with schools today. They shouldn't rip off their parents either. The Ministry of Education can prevent this. Sign the petition. Let Minister Barbara Nowack hear our anger. Education should be free!

On the parents' forums, a message came out: from 1 November, convenient contact with the school utilizing the Vulcan e-journalist will be paid. It's not adequate that schools and local governments pay for the app, it'll be added by parents.

Librus, another popular e-journalist, demands parents to charge for part of the function and floods them with advertisements.

The decision may be made by the Minister of Education Barbara Nowack, who, after respective accidents, is already under attack by the media today. All the more reason for our pressure. Vulcan's paid functions only concern the usage of it in mobile applications. Today, however, we usage the net most frequently through mobile apps and phones. School should give parents the chance to communicate easily, not to throw logs at their feet!

In feeding on parents Librus goes even further. erstwhile selling advertising services, he boasts that “no another portal has specified a well profiled mark group”. Companies offering e-journalists to schools gain at least PLN 40 million per year in cooperation with schools.
