Maciej Berek announces that legal action may be taken in a fewer weeks to break the deadlock around the Constitutional Court. The recently elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal are waiting for the decision of the president of the Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski on convening the General Assembly. If this does not happen, another provisions are considered.
