Crisis in the Constitutional Tribunal. Extraordinary session of the ultimate Court

The first president of the ultimate Court, Zbigniew Kapiński, has convened an extraordinary General Assembly of ultimate Court Judges, ultimate Court justice Kamil Zaradkiewicz said via social media. The subject of the gathering will be to discuss threats to the constitutional order of the Republic of Poland, especially the independency of the judiciary.
