The Spanish army will establish a strategical reserve of ammunition in 2023 - according to the approved budget of the armed forces, which is referred to by the Madrid media on Saturday. According to them, increased expenditure for this intent is related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the support provided to Kiev by Madrid.
