Seed: missing diver will be investigated by the competent authorities

"After consulting president Andrzej Duda this morning, I went to the peculiar Forces Unit where the accident occurred and where the search for the missing diver continues. Circumstances indicate definitely an accident. On the another hand, they will be examined by the competent authorities," said the head of the BBN.
