After 7:00 a.m., the State Election Commission (PKW) informed about the peaceful start of the presidential elections in Poland. Problems started later. By 10:00 a.m., there were 4 offences of 69 offences and 66 crimes of electoral procedure. 1 of the major incidents occurred at an election place in Bielsko-Biała, where a man attacked 1 of the committee members.

The State Election Commission monitors the situation in the premises throughout the day and collects election advancement data.
