Karol Nawrocki, a candidate supported by the Law and Justice in the upcoming presidential elections, presented a fresh electoral place in which he presents his imagination of changes in the Polish wellness service. His proposal was powerfully commented by Polish MP 2050 Alexander Leo.

The key component of Nawrocki's proposal is to give Polish citizens precedence in queues to doctors and to reduce social benefits for Ukrainian citizens.

– This will be the most crucial change of law in fresh years. In queues to doctors and clinics, Polish citizens must have priority. In schools and kindergartens – Polish children. We gotta introduce a deficiency of subsidies for Ukrainian and another pensions, and social benefits will be primarily for Poles," says the PiS candidate in the recording.

He adds: – I will present these laws to Parliament. Let us aid others, but let us take first care of our own citizens. If I become president, I will follow a simple but crucial rule. Firstly, Poland. First, Poles.

Polish MP 2050 crushes Nawrocki's proposals

In the Sunday program "Cava for the Jury" on TVN24 Nawrocki's proposals were widely commented on by invited politicians. The guests included Daria Gosek-Popiołek (Levice), Marcin Horala (PiS), Aleksandra Leo (Poland 2050), Monika Rosa (Civil Coalition), Stanisław Tyszka (Confederation) and Andrzej Zybertowicz (President's Chancellery).

The strongest words came from the mouth of Polish MP 2050, Alexandra Leo. I haven't heard specified a disgusting thought in a long time, so dividing, so exclusive, so segregating. Should Ukrainians sit in the back of public transport or in the PKP? – she said.

Leo had besides criticised proposals to limit the provision of 800+ for Ukrainian children. In her opinion, if these children learn in Polish schools, they should have equal rights to financial support.

Her opinion was shared by MPs Gosek-Popiołek from the Left and Monika Rosa from the Civic Coalition. In turn, PiS MP defended Nawrocki. He stressed that in cases of direct wellness or life risk, everyone should be helped. He pointed out that the place was about "parallel situations".

– For example, there is simply a preventive study, for which there is simply a queue and you gotta wait in this queue, and everyone is waiting – said Marcin Horala. The leader asked the MP if in specified a situation Ukrainians should be admitted at the end of this queue, he said, "Yes, due to the fact that it is Polish taxpayers who pay (...) If there is simply a limited resource, then there must be a criterion".

The subject of 800+ for migrants has already been discussed. The government considered introducing criteria that foreigners would gotta meet to proceed receiving benefits. In turn, PiS suggested that 800+ for children from Ukraine should be granted only if their parents work and pay taxes in Poland.
