Shatkowski: the most likely fall of Ukrainian OPL rocket, Russia is responsible

Russia is liable for the collapse of the rocket on the Polish side of the border - regardless of whether it was a Russian or Ukrainian missile; the event would not have happened if Russia had not attacked Ukraine, and all allies agreed with it - said Tomasz Szatkowski, Polish ambassador to NATO on Wednesday.
