As early as 18-19 November 2025, the full safety – legislature of Polish Security, 1 of the key events devoted to national security, defence and resilience of critical systems and infrastructure, will be held in the Arche Hotel Krakowska Warsaw. This year's edition will start with a joint session with the Smart City Forum – a point of contact between the defence of the country and the resilience of cities, which shows that the resilience of the state is built not only on the ground, but besides in cities, networks and technologies that accompany us all day.
During the part of the joint experts from public administration, military, discipline and manufacture will discuss the safety strategy of Poland, satellite communication, digital infrastructure and resilience of communication systems. In the general panel, participants will ask how NATO, the US and Poland adapt their defence strategies to the fresh hazard environment and what the modern model of government safety management looks like. The subject will besides be technological safety – from satellite systems to network protection against cyber attacks and GNSS communications interference.
The closing debate will focus on the urban safety dimension. Debates on intelligent urban and municipal infrastructure will show how modern construction, 5G networks and critical communication systems can increase city resilience to crises. Experts will besides address fresh safety standards for public facilities and the preparation of cities for emergency situations.
The confederate part of full safety will focus on the technological aspects of modern defence. The program included talks about modern war, satellites, drones and weapons, including discussions on the integration of intelligence data and the improvement of native reflection systems. Participants will besides consider how to build the production readiness of the Polish Armed Forces and make synergies between the military, discipline and industry. On the second day of the congress, the debate will decision to the level of strategical investment and innovation. There will besides be topics on modern border protection, crisis management, the function of CISO in key institutions for the state and the protection of energy infrastructure against cyber attacks.

At the heart of the talks will be the issue of balancing abroad purchases with investing in national competences, strengthening public-private cooperation and creating conditions for Polish arms manufacture to become a recognizable player on global markets.
Total safety - legislature safety of Poland will be the place where generals, engineers, local governments and experts will meet to answer 1 common question: how to build safe Poland in the age of hybrid threats, artificial intelligence and information war.
