Russians torture civilians in occupied territories

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army reported on Monday (i.e. November 7th), that in occupied towns in the Kherson and Luhansk circuits, Russian troops kidnap and torture people, seeking "diversities". In the Kherson Oblast, soldiers disguised as civilians prepare to fight in the city.
