Russia without territorial conquests in Ukraine

For the first time since July 6, Russia has not announced any fresh territorial conquests in Ukraine on Thursday; meanwhile, the Moscow authorities are most likely preparing the ground for provocation at the Zaporoska Atomic Power Plant – the U.S. Institute of War Studies (ISW) estimates.
