For a long time now there has been speculation in the media as to whether Russia will be able to attack in the coming years 1 of the NATO states located in the east of the Alliance. This time, the EU Commissioner for Defence Andrius Kubilius spoke on this issue during a Monday visit to the Italian Parliament. He said Russia could "test" the West as early as 2027.
