Russia: emergency measures at the border with Ukraine and not only at the border (+)

Following Decree No 756 on the introduction of martial law at midnight from 19 to 20 October 2022 in areas incorporated into Russia of the Donetsk People's Republic and Lugansk People's Republic and the Zaporoski Oblast and Chersonski Oblast, which are inactive under global law circuits of Ukraine, president Putin issued another decree. It is simply a decree on measures taken in the territorial units of Russia in connection with the introduction of this martial law. The decree bears number 756 and was signed on October 19.
