Russia uses fresh methods of military action in the Baltic Sea

The fresh incidents in the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Finland show that Russia's activities include fresh elements utilizing armed forces that "increase tensions in the region," said the head of the defence department of Antti Hakkanen on Saturday.
